OVERVIEW

This website is operated by ORDINELLE. Throughout this website, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to ORDINELLE.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ordinelle.com and your purchase, download, and use of any products made available through the website.

By visiting the website, creating an order, purchasing, downloading, opening, copying, or using our digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Digital Delivery Policy, and any additional terms displayed at checkout.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not purchase, download, or use the products.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your country or region to make a purchase from this website.

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is current, complete, and accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

You may not use our products or website for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

ORDINELLE sells downloadable digital products.

No physical item will be manufactured, mailed, or shipped.

The ORDINELLE Wedding Planner Pro is a Microsoft Excel workbook designed to assist with personal wedding organization and planning.

Product screenshots may contain fictional demonstration data. Customers receive the clean workbook and accompanying documentation described on the product page.

Product features, included files, compatibility requirements, and software requirements are stated on the applicable product page and form part of these Terms.

4. SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS

The ORDINELLE Wedding Planner Pro is designed for the desktop versions of:

• Microsoft Excel 365
• Microsoft Excel 2021
• Windows computers
• Mac computers

Microsoft Excel is required and is not included with the purchase.

Google Sheets, Apple Numbers, browser spreadsheet editors, and mobile spreadsheet applications are not supported. They may change formulas, formatting, navigation, dropdown lists, or print layouts.

The customer is responsible for confirming that they have compatible software and equipment before purchasing.

5. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website at the time of purchase.

Applicable taxes may be calculated and added during checkout depending on the customer’s location, the sales channel, and applicable law.

Payment must be successfully authorized before access to the digital files is provided.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or review an order when we reasonably suspect:

• Fraudulent activity
• Unauthorized payment
• Incorrect billing information
• Pricing or technical errors
• Abuse of discounts or refund procedures
• Violation of these Terms

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the amount collected for the cancelled order will be refunded where appropriate.

6. DIGITAL DELIVERY

Digital files are normally made available after successful payment confirmation.

Customers may receive access through:

• The order confirmation page
• The order status page
• A digital-download email
• Another secure download method provided by Shopify or an approved delivery application

Payment review, email filtering, security checks, or technical processing may occasionally delay delivery.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing a correct email address
• Checking spam and junk folders
• Downloading the files within any stated access limit
• Saving a personal backup copy
• Keeping download links private

If a customer cannot access the purchased files, they should contact support@ordinelle.com and include the order number and a description or screenshot of the issue.

7. PERSONAL-USE LICENSE

Unless a separate written license states otherwise, each purchase grants the original purchaser a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal-use license.

The license permits use of the product for one personal wedding.

The purchaser may:

• Enter and edit personal wedding information
• Customize permitted categories, dropdown lists, colors, and planning content
• Save personal backup copies
• Print selected pages for their own wedding
• Share relevant planning information with their partner, immediate family, or hired wedding professionals when necessary for that same wedding

Sharing planning information does not transfer ownership or grant another person the right to copy, retain, resell, or reuse the digital files.

8. PROHIBITED USE

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, or give away the files
• Share the downloadable files with friends, groups, clients, or online communities
• Upload the files to file-sharing websites or public cloud folders
• Offer the files as a free download
• Sell or distribute modified versions
• Copy the design, formulas, structure, layouts, graphics, documentation, or digital assets to create another template
• Include the product in a bundle, membership, course, service, website, marketplace listing, or commercial package
• Use the workbook repeatedly for multiple clients
• Remove ORDINELLE ownership notices for redistribution
• Claim authorship or ownership of the product
• Use screenshots or layouts as commercial template assets
• Attempt to bypass download restrictions or security measures

Wedding planners, coordinators, venues, consultants, or other professionals may assist the purchasing couple with that couple’s workbook, but may not reuse the product for another client.

Professional or multi-client use requires separate written permission from ORDINELLE.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, title, and interest in the products and website remain owned by ORDINELLE or the applicable rights holders.

Protected materials include, without limitation:

• Workbook architecture
• Formulas and spreadsheet logic
• Worksheet layouts
• Tables and navigation
• Documentation
• Graphics and visual assets
• Branding
• Product descriptions
• Website content
• Marketing materials

Purchasing a product grants limited usage rights only. It does not transfer copyright, trademark rights, source files, or ownership.

ORDINELLE and associated branding may not be used without prior written permission.

10. REFUNDS AND TECHNICAL ISSUES

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, refunds and exchanges may be limited after files have been accessed or downloaded.

However, nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

A refund, replacement, or technical resolution may be considered when:

• An incorrect file was delivered
• A file is corrupted
• A valid download link does not function
• A verified technical issue prevents access
• A duplicate order was placed unintentionally

Customers should contact support@ordinelle.com before requesting a chargeback so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

Refunds are not normally provided because:

• The customer changed their mind after accessing the files
• The customer does not own compatible software
• The customer attempted to use an unsupported application
• The customer expected features that were not described
• The customer lacks basic knowledge of downloading, extracting, opening, or saving files

All refund requests remain subject to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

11. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

The customer is responsible for:

• Reading the product description before purchasing
• Reviewing software and compatibility requirements
• Entering accurate planning and financial information
• Keeping backup copies
• Protecting downloaded files and links
• Reviewing formulas and outputs before making decisions
• Confirming vendor prices, dates, bookings, legal obligations, and wedding arrangements independently

ORDINELLE is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect data entry, deleted formulas, unsupported software, unauthorized modifications, device failure, or failure to maintain backup copies.

12. INFORMATIONAL PURPOSE

ORDINELLE products are organizational tools.

They do not provide:

• Legal advice
• Financial advice
• Tax advice
• Accounting advice
• Medical advice
• Insurance advice
• Professional wedding-planning services

Customers remain responsible for their own contracts, bookings, spending, deadlines, vendors, guests, and decisions.

13. PRODUCT CHANGES AND UPDATES

We may improve, update, correct, replace, or discontinue a digital product at any time.

A purchase does not automatically include:

• Lifetime updates
• Future products
• New editions
• Custom modifications
• One-to-one training
• Features not stated on the product page

Where an updated file is provided, customers remain responsible for protecting personal information already entered into an older workbook before replacing it.

14. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We aim to keep the website and download services available, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed.

Access may be temporarily interrupted because of:

• Maintenance
• Hosting or platform issues
• Security checks
• Payment processing
• Internet outages
• Third-party application failures
• Events outside our reasonable control

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website where reasonably necessary.

15. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The website may use third-party services, including Shopify, payment processors, analytics services, email services, and digital-delivery applications.

Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

ORDINELLE is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, interruptions, or security practices outside our control.

16. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product information, prices, images, and descriptions.

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, technical errors, or omissions and to update information without prior notice.

Colors and visual appearance may vary depending on the customer’s screen, software version, printer, or device.

17. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website and digital products are provided on an “as available” and “as described” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• The product will satisfy every personal preference
• Planning a wedding will produce a particular outcome
• All third-party software will display the workbook identically
• Access will always be uninterrupted
• Every user-entered calculation or decision will be error-free

Nothing in this section limits warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORDINELLE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the website or digital products.

This includes, without limitation, losses relating to:

• Wedding expenses
• Missed deadlines
• Vendor decisions
• Cancelled bookings
• Lost data
• Unsupported software
• Incorrect user input
• Business interruption
• Loss of profits or opportunities

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold ORDINELLE harmless from claims, losses, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website or products, infringement of another person’s rights, or material violation of these Terms.

20. PRIVACY

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

By using the website, you acknowledge that data may be processed by Shopify and other service providers required to operate the store, process payments, communicate with customers, prevent fraud, and deliver digital products.

21. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms when our products, services, business practices, or legal obligations change.

The current version will be published on the website with an updated date.

Changes do not remove rights already granted to customers under mandatory applicable law.

22. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

23. NO WAIVER

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.

24. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to ORDINELLE’s business in Morocco, without depriving customers of mandatory consumer protections that apply in their country or region.
