DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

All ORDINELLE products are digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped.

After successful payment, customers receive access to their purchased digital files through the order confirmation page and by email.

Delivery is normally automatic and immediate after payment is confirmed. In some cases, payment review, email filtering, or technical processing may cause a short delay.

Customers are responsible for providing a correct email address and checking their spam or junk folder.

If the download email does not arrive or a download link does not work, contact support@ordinelle.com and include your order number.

Digital files should be downloaded and saved to a personal computer. Download access may be limited to the number stated at the time of purchase.

Microsoft Excel is not included with the purchase.
