This is a digital product. No physical product is shipped. Files are delivered through the Shopify order process and by email.

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds or exchanges may be limited after files have been accessed or downloaded, subject to Shopify policies and applicable consumer law. Your rights under applicable law are not excluded.

If you experience a genuine file-access or technical problem, contact ORDINELLE. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve it, including re-issuing your download where appropriate.

Report technical issues through the store contact page and include the worksheet name and a screenshot.
