Everything you need to open your files after purchase.
Where are my files?
After payment you receive access to your digital download through the Shopify order process and by email. Open the order confirmation and select the download link.
Download to a computer
Download and extract the ZIP folder on a Windows or Mac computer. Mobile devices often cannot extract or open the workbook correctly.
Open in Microsoft Excel
Open the workbook in desktop Microsoft Excel 365 or Excel 2021. Choose Enable Editing if the file opens in Protected View, then save your own working copy before entering details.
Values not updating
Open the file in desktop Microsoft Excel and allow formulas to recalculate. On Windows you can press Ctrl + Alt + F9.
Formatting looks different
Use desktop Microsoft Excel and make sure the Georgia, Cambria and Calibri fonts are installed on your computer.
